How we see your responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and take your department to the next level
- Interaction with the all departments to jointly plan sales and increase their efficiency
- Hire, train, and motivate your team
- Optimise the processes of the department: from scripts to analytics
- Negotiating with clients only at the TOP level
- Quality control of sales managers' negotiations and systematization of this process
- Brainstorming a lot and implementing new hypotheses in increasing the sales plan (or its implementation)
- Achieve your goals no matter what! Be independent and self-organised!
- Perform approximately 10-20% of sales on your own, testing new hypotheses on the most priority leads (raising the average check and selling comprehensively)
