Billing Manager (VoIP)
Teliqon is a young team of telecom engineers primarily focused on VoIP (voice) communication services such as SIP trunking, DID/ITFS numbers, wholesale voice termination, cloud PBX (UCaaS) hosting and more.

Responsibilities:
Billing system management
Communication with wholesale carriers (Voice)
Routine tasks like price evolution management, negotiation with carriers, volumes management and implementation of LCR routing
Advise and support the Sales and Tech Support Departments and intervene in the commercial negotiations
Keeping an eye on the contract obligations with each client or carrier, guarantee the quality of service
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year on Rate Manager position or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of VoIP operation
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Upper intermediate in English
