We invite you to join Asters team for the Associate (Family Law Practice) position.
We are pleased to invite you to an interview if you:
- have a degree in law (LLM is a plus)
- are admitted to the Ukrainian Bar
- have 3+ years of professional experience in the field of family law, private clients, dispute resolution
- have good knowledge of family, commercial, civil law and process
- have legal writing and research skills alongside strong analytical thinking skills
- have good communication, negotiation and self-organization skills
- have good level of English
What we entrust to you:
- taking part in family law projects
- preparing/updating/reviewing legal documents
- drafting legal memoranda and legal opinions
- advising private clients on full spectrum of family law issues
- accompaniment and participation in court hearings
- representation of clients' interests in courts, public and local authorities, law enforcement agencies, etc
- analyzing and providing recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients
- PR activities (articles, publications, participation in professional events, etc.)
