Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Remote

What you need to do:
- Monitoring key metrics;
- Execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives;
- Identify and secure growth opportunities;
- Analyze and adjust product and PR business;
- Increase customer lifetime value and ensure positive ROI;
- Communicating and overseeing work with partner teams;
- Monitoring and analyzing key metrics;
- Gathering market analytics and generating reports;
- Communication with other departments.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- At least 2 years experience in gambling/arbitrage at the position of operation manager;
- Experience in scaling and market development;
- On the «you» side of BI, business process description, and task management.
- English: Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus!
What soft skills are needed:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Good organizational skills, goal orientation and reporting skills.
