Team Lead (Python/Django + AWS)
Our project involves integrating telecom services, CRM platforms, billing systems, and self-service solutions.
We are looking for a Team Lead who will lead the development team, improve development processes, and ensure high team performance.
Responsibilities:
? Lead a team of developers, set tasks, monitor progress, and support team growth.
? Organize the development and integration of services using Python/Django + AWS.
? Collaborate with product and business teams, translating requirements into technical solutions.
? Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices.
? Set up CI/CD processes and oversee DevOps efficiency.
? Work with API integrations (CRM, billing, e-commerce platforms).
Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience with Python/Django.
? Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.).
? Proven experience leading development teams: task distribution, code reviews, and team motivation.
? Experience integrating e-commerce, CRM, and billing solutions.
? Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and development best practices.
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
