About Us:
Hi there! We are The WhyKingz, an IT company committed to growth and innovation. As we expand our team, we’re looking for a JP Affiliate Manager with proficiency in Japanese (N2-N1) to help us build impactful partnerships in the Japanese market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and experience with Revshare, CPA, and hybrid models.
- Ability to work with MS Office tools
Soft Skills Required:
- Strong stress resistance and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience for routine tasks.
- Ethical endurance and discretion.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and maintain relationships with existing affiliates.
- Identify and recruit new partners through various channels.
- Conduct keyword research, backlink analysis, and other research types.
- Analyze affiliate performance and optimize partnerships for better results
