We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce company specializing mainly in health and personal care products. With over 10 years of experience in the USA and European markets, we have successfully developed multiple brands and continue expanding. Currently, our team consists of 12 full-time and 5 part-time professionals, and we are excited to welcome new members to help drive our success further.
Now, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project manager to drive key initiatives, optimize sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction. If this sounds like you, keep reading!
What we expect from our candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or online retail. Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes for better performance.
- Comfortable with working through time-tracker.
What will you do?
- Plan and manage product launches, overseeing all stages: research, execution, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
- Team coordination: planning, task delegation, performance monitoring, and result control.
- Conduct competitor analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and track KPIs, analyze project performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
