The Campaign Analysis Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the campaign management process by ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of campaigns. This position involves processing and monitoring campaigns, collaborating with various departments, and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirenments:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English language proficiency at B2 level
Responsibilities:
Campaign Processing and Monitoring:
- Process and monitor campaigns to ensure timely execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Track campaign performance metrics and identify trends to inform optimization strategies.
Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as CC, CST, DealDesk, LV, QC, ListGen, and DBI, to address campaign-related requests and ensure smooth workflow.
List Review and Performance Analysis:
- Review campaign lists to identify potential issues and ensure data quality.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Develop creative solutions for complex campaigns and address any issues that arise during campaign execution.
Other Activities:
- Create lists of target companies and target audiences to support campaign development.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.
Additional/ optional responsibilities:
- Participation in activities/ contests organized by the company.
- Make suggestions for updating business processes.
- Coordinating the team's work, setting clear goals and allocating the workload.
