For now, we are looking for a HR MANAGER who will become part of our team.

- Salary: from 75 000 UAH. It will depend on your experience;

- 5-day working week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m;

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:
- Experience in the HR industry with large companies;
- Knowledge of principles of working with budgets;
- Knowledge of English (B2+).
Your main responsibilities:
- Providing the recruitment process (working with a recruiter, recruiting agency, independent search for candidates etc.);
- Internal HR processes (onboarding, organizing and monitoring the adaptation process);
3. Company organizational structure (updating new positions, maintaining the organizational structure in accordance with the current set of positions).
