About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support the sales department in optimizing processes, managing pipeline reports, and improving forecasting accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations specifically for sales teams in the US or UK.
  • No Business Development (BD) or other roles—only Sales Operations experience is considered.
  • English — Advanced
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Sales Process Optimization — Manage Salesforce, streamline lead-to-close workflows, and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting — Monitor FYV to ARR conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates, providing actionable insights.
  • Forecasting & Revenue Planning — Support ARR projections and ensure data-driven sales target setting.
  • Sales Enablement — Equip the team with tools, training, and insights to improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.
