- Basic knowledge or experience working with CRM;
- Interest in web design and development.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate and prioritize incoming leads to determine their potential and readiness for sales engagement.
- Client Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze information about potential clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead qualification criteria and strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead qualification metrics, including conversion rates and lead quality.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with leads to build relationships, answer initial queries, and provide relevant information about our services.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the lead qualification process and suggest actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
