We are looking for a Financial analyst to join our dynamic team. If you see through the numbers, know how to dig deeper into analytics, then this work is definitely for you. This is the role of the finance department, which is responsible for the analytical part of the work of collecting, analyzing, and delivering results in the form of reports and graphs. It is assumed that this role will interact with departments: sales, logistics, marketing to display the main indicators of the department in the form of reports.


Job Description: Finance Analyst

Position Overview:

The Finance Analyst will support the Finance Manager in driving financial performance, providing key insights, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role involves financial planning, data analysis, and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support management in strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas requiring attention.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets for projects, departments, and the organization as a whole.
  • Support in developing rolling forecasts and revising financial plans based on actual performance and changing circumstances.

Cost Management and Process Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth cost analysis and collaborate on identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to streamline and automate financial processes for improved efficiency.

Transaction Management and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, receipts, and reports to ensure financial integrity.

Risk and Compliance Management:

  • Monitor financial risks and collaborate with the Finance Manager to implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including taxation and audit readiness.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with project teams to provide financial insights for new initiatives and product launches.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to generate insights that drive financial and operational decisions.

Tool Evaluation and Implementation:

  • Assess and provide feedback on financial tools and software to ensure they meet business needs effectively.
  • Contribute to integrating financial systems with broader business processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or a similar role of 1-2 years.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or ERP systems) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing reports and presenting findings.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and international financial standards is a plus.

Main Requirements:

  • 1+years experience in a similar position;
  • high skills in working with computer analytical programs (Excel, SAP, Power bi);
  • English B2+.
