Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for managing daily customer account operations, including load coordination, scheduling, and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm tender acceptances for incoming shipments
- Coordinate and optimize load building for efficient delivery
- Provide accurate shipping quotes to customers
- Respond to customer ETA requests during shift hours
- Maintain and update customer portals with current shipment information
- Prepare billing documentation and close out completed loads
- Manage scheduling for deliveries and pickups
- Generate and distribute customer-required reports
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal teams
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: (USA time zone) 1pm CST - 10pm CST Tuesday - Saturday

Job requirements
- 1-2 years of logistics or transportation industry experience
- English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Experience with customer service in a logistics setting
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
- Experience with billing and documentation processes
