We invite an organized and responsible specialist to join the team of the world FMCG leader for the position of Marketing Assistant. This position involves frequent interaction with the finance department, document management and support for marketing projects.
Expectations from the candidate:
- English proficiency at the Intermediate/Upper Intermediate level and above.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with different teams.
- High level of organization and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining the department's document flow in accordance with corporate standards.
- Monitoring compliance with the company's document management rules.
- Tracking and controlling payments.
- Working with the company's internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Participation in the implementation of the department's marketing projects.
Working conditions:
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine.
- Official salary corresponding to qualifications.
- The ability to work in a hybrid format (partly in the office, partly remotely) or remotely.
- Providing the necessary tools for work.
