We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal-related contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, conducting Know Your Business (KYB) checks, and developing relationships with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years in iGaming industry;
  • Experience in a managerial position in the legal department;
  • C1+ English level;
  • University degree in Law;
  • Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and tax law;
  • Good communication and self-organization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and maintain all legal-related contracts, including software license agreements, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents;
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable regulations;
  • Conduct ad-hoc and ongoing KYB checks and monitor contractual companies, accompanying the due diligence process of signing contracts;
  • Track contract lifecycles and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations;
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all contracts;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities;
  • Perform daily tasks related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorist Financing (TF) compliance;
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company;
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance.
