Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Independent Contractor - Dispatcher Manager to act as a liaison between clients and independent contractors. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, coordinate service requests, and support contractors in sourcing parts, materials, and relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and independent contractors.
- Assist contractors in finding necessary parts, materials, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate customer service requests, including scheduling appointments and updating clients on service progress.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders, repairs, and ongoing projects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and contractors to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage and track the status of service requests, ensuring all parties are informed.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, contractor coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM or job tracking software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle dynamic situations.
- Fluent in American English at a native level.
- Ability to work remotely based on Los Angeles time zone .
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation will be based on agreed terms.
