About the Company: U.S.-based company with a 45-year history in media and advertising, specializing in serving decision-makers in a niche market. The team consists of 13 full-time members located globally, offering a collaborative yet independent work environment.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team and manage the full cycle of B2B sales. This role involves working with global leads to drive sales of media and advertising solutions for a printed magazine and a website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, invoicing, and follow-up.
- Engage with clients through calls, emails, and video meetings.
- Conduct significant follow-up efforts in a competitive market.
- Work independently to manage and grow a client list.
- Utilize company-provided leads to build relationships with decision-makers worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with long sales cycles and high-value clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small company environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
- English - C1 Advanced level or higher, with excellent conversational and written communication skills.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
