Dispatcher for HVAC & Appliance Repair
We are looking for a remote dispatcher to join our growing team at Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Monterey.
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule jobs, and coordinate technicians efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Use CRM (Housecall Pro) to schedule jobs, manage customer data, and update records.
- Coordinate with technicians to optimize schedules and minimize delays.
- Follow company scripts for call handling, scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
Must Requirements:
- Perfect spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a remote nighttime environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching or similar roles in HVAC, appliance repair, or related industries.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially Housecall Pro.
- Experience communicating over the phone with Americans, particularly in a professional or customer service capacity.
- Sales skills, including the ability to upsell services or convert inquiries into booked jobs.
Conditions:
- Work schedule:
Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM, Sat 8AM-1PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8)
- Salary:
$800 - first 2 trial months.
$1000 - after successfully completed training and trial period.
