Desired Background and Skill Set:
Social Media Management Expertise:
- Extensive experience growing Instagram accounts, ideally in niches related to modeling, entertainment, or content creation.
- A track record of growing accounts organically and/or through strategic paid promotions.
Content Strategy and Analytics:
- Proficiency in analyzing engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, reach, impressions, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ability to conduct competitor and niche analysis to spot content opportunities.
Creative Direction:
- Experience in creating or directing visually compelling content (reels, photoshoots, and stories) tailored to Instagram's algorithm and user preferences.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, viral content mechanics, and platform-specific storytelling.
Knowledge of Instagram Algorithms:
- Expertise in how the Instagram algorithm works, including best practices for hashtags, posting schedules, and leveraging new features like Reels or Stories to boost reach.
Understanding of Niche Markets:
- Familiarity with industries such as modeling, fashion, or lifestyle, where visual content is key.
- Ability to identify what resonates with target audiences in the user's specific niches (eg, cosplay, fitness, etc.).
Marketing and Branding:
- Background in marketing or branding to help create a cohesive and engaging profile aesthetic.
- Experience crafting calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive followers to external links.
Managing Skills:
- Experience in growing and managing teams and creating workflows
Education and Industry Background:
- Degree or certifications in marketing, communications, social media management, or a related field.
- Past experience in influencer marketing agencies, modeling agencies, or as a content creator is a plus.
Key Deliverables for This Role:
- Profile Audits: Regular analysis of model profiles with actionable insights for improvement.
- Content Plans: Strategy documents outlining content themes, trends, and posting schedules tailored to each model's persona.
- Performance Tracking: Monthly reports on engagement metrics, growth patterns, and ROI for suggested strategies.
- Collaboration with Creatives: Work closely with photographers, videographers, and editors to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
This individual should be both analytical and creative, combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of Instagram culture to drive performance improvements.
