Risk Manager (remote)

What will you do:
· Conducting risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
· Establishing policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments.
· Reviewing and assessing risk management policies and protocols.
· Making recommendations and implementing modifications and improvements.
· Recommending and implementing risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.
· Reviewing and analyzing metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
· Drafting and presenting risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
· Performing other duties as directed.
