International FMCG company, one of the leaders in the consumer goods area, is looking for a POSM Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle POSM management, from planning and design to production, delivery, and ongoing support, ensuring complete documentation and compliance
- Monitor and ensure consistent in-store execution in line with brand guidelines;
- POSM stock controlling (warehouse, distributors) and accumulating of demand;
- Negotiations. Building effective business relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally through managing expectations, clear communication and consistent performance;
- Lead POSM budgeting, monthly budget tracking, and revision to align with business goals;
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations, bringing new insights and potential growth opportunities to the team;
- Monitoring competitive activity and delivering key learnings, thus ensuring competitive strategies;
- Contribute to both local and regional initiatives to strengthen our market position.
Who we are looking for:
- Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within an FMCG company, ideally with experience in managing POS materials and working with the Modern and TT channel;
- English language - upper-intermediate;
- Strong sales & negotiation skills, team spirit, problem solving & analytical skills, with a proactive, results-driven attitude;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, with a proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
