Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to enhance our operational accounting, reporting, and control processes. This role is crucial in administering the company's internal operations, ensuring transparency and efficiency among employees.
Responsibilities:
Employee Data Audit: Verification of LinkedIn profiles, time-tracking reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies, monitoring employee workload.
Reporting and Analytics: Preparation and presentation of detailed reports, including reports for the finance and HR departments.
Procurement and Purchasing: Tracking office equipment and inventory, procurement of goods and services, delivery monitoring, interaction with postal operators (UA <-> USA).
Administrative Support: Document management, preparation of accounting files, video transcription, meeting notes, and document translation.
Data Management: Error control, gap management, and data correction.
Process Control: Сontrol of diverse corporate processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Аnalytics or related fields.
Technical Skills: Proven experience with Google Sheets, including advanced functionalities.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to find and analyze accurate information, аbility to work with large amounts of data.
Organizational Skills: Strong self-organization and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
English Level: B2 or higher.
Would be a plus:
Education or knowledge in the fields of medicine and/or biochemistry is a significant advantage.
