Financial manager

Our clients are a product and service-based companies from the United States and Europe.

We are currently seeking a Financial Manager to help us manage the company’s financial operations, prepare management reports, and promote measures to ensure the company’s financial stability.

Main responsibilities:

• Operational management of the company’s financial activities, including issuing invoices, payroll processing, and payments

• Developing and implementing processes and procedures within the finance department

• Budgeting and cash flow planning

• Preparation of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, etc.) as well as ad-hoc reports

• Cost optimization, analysis, and control

• Risk management and creating strategies to ensure the financial stability of the company (e.g. control of invoice issuance, account activity monitoring, timely submission of financial reports to the U.S., and budget utilization control)

• Collaboration with CPA for reporting in the U.S.

• Monitoring and management of the company’s LLC-related operations and compliance

• Liaising with payment system providers (addressing issues, optimizing fees, and sourcing new vendors)

• Providing financial advice and guidance to employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or audit roles within the IT industry

• Understanding of the complete financial lifecycle of a company

• Expertise with financial software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and Xero

• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables

• Knowledge of national and international accounting and financial reporting standards

• Proven expertise and case studies in establishing systems for automation and process optimization in accounting and planning

• Ability to independently set up financial processes within the company and continuously improve their efficiency

• Solid understanding and practical skills in financial management procedures and functions, such as processing, accounting, planning, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Strong prioritization, organization, and ability to identify key information

• Understanding of modern payment systems

• English level: Intermediate or higher
