We are a forward-thinking AI/ML and software outsourcing company with a portfolio of successfully implemented projects for global clientele. Alongside this, our partner agency specializes in sourcing top tech talent from Eastern Europe for international customers. At the moment, we're reshaping a lean operations structure for our business while repositioning and expanding our expertise in an exciting new technological domain.

To support this transition, we are seeking a versatile Operations and Finance Specialist to take ownership of key operational and financial functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy candidate eager to grow and leverage modern approaches to streamline our processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Oversee invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain smooth cash flow.

  • Prepare concise monthly financial summaries and relevant reports to support management’s insights and decision-making.

Operations and Continuous Improvement

  • Manage essential document workflows, including digital signatures and compliance tracking.

  • Coordinate effectively with contractors and third-party vendors to support seamless project delivery.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual operational updates for management.

  • Take initiative to implement solutions where improvements are identified, whether through process changes, automation, or other innovative methods.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams and contractors, promoting alignment on operational and financial tasks.

  • Represent company interests professionally in interactions with vendors and contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Experience in finance, operations, or a related field.

  • Proactive and Self-Directed: Shows strong initiative and ability to identify and address needs independently.

  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) is a plus.

  • Efficiency-Oriented: Comfortable using tools and methods that enhance productivity and simplify workflows.

  • Analytical and Improvement-Minded: Skilled at assessing processes and identifying actionable improvements for efficiency.

  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Skilled in managing multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Clear Communication: Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (B1 level or higher), with the ability to present information clearly and uphold company interests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote, adaptable team environment.

  • Background in operations or finance within the tech or outsourcing industries.
