A large international company that provides car leasing services for corporate clients in Ukraine, is looking for a specialist for the Risk Analyst position to join its team
Main responsibilities:
- Credit analysis: collection of information about the company, analysis of company's financials, preparing credit application, follow-up approval process
- KYС analysis and KYС files preparation
- Coordination of non-financial risk processes (New Product, Operational losses, Business Continuity Management, KRi and Outsourced activities monitoring)
- Project management: implementation of new/updated processes, rules, policies related to the department activities (Credit, KYС, etc.)
Skills required:
- Experience in risk analysis – more than 2 years
- Strong knowledge and understanding of risk categories (financial, non-financial, non-compliance); knowledge of risk management
- Ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions
- Ability to discuss with the business and to explain the positions
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
- English – no less than Intermediate
