We are looking for English Teacher in our L&D team

You will be responsible for:

• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students’ learning needs.
• Adhere to the company's standards and procedures to maintain consistency in teaching practices.
• Conduct engaging and effective lessons that foster language development.
• Review and assess homework assignments to monitor student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their improvement.
• Administer monthly tests to evaluate students’ progress and identify areas for development.
• Step in as a substitute teacher for colleagues when necessary.
• Participate in peer observation to share best practices and promote professional growth.
• Attend administrative meetings to stay informed and contribute to school operations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and update the attendance table regularly.

We are looking someone who has :

• A degree in Education/ Linguistics/ English, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (or equivalent);
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with adults;
• Experience with communicative and lexical approach;
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel;
• Mandatory knowledge of the Russian or Ukrainian language.
