- Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree in Law or related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax law, or related areas.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above. - Will be plus:
• Experience with Big 4 firms is a plus.
• Proficiency in conducting benchmarking studies and functional analyses. - Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. - Responsibilities:
Transfer Pricing Compliance Support
• Assist in the review and preparation of transfer pricing documentation, ensuring alignment with both local and international regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of intercompany pricing policies, including conducting functional analyses, benchmarking studies, and compiling data for documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze essential data required for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
Tax Support and Advisory
• Conduct research on tax laws and regulatory updates relevant to transfer pricing, providing key insights to the team.
• Assist in preparing internal reports and compliance summaries for management.
• Work closely with legal team to address transfer pricing inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable legal and tax requirements.
• Work with transfer pricing databases such as Orbis, TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, and others to gather and analyze data for benchmarking studies and comparability analyses, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
