D.TRADING, a leading player in the energy products trading market, is expanding and invites you to join our team as an Operation Support Specialist to support the office in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of all agreements/contracts for the export/import, deliveries to end customers of electricity in the markets of the company's presence countries, as well as related services
- Execution of service contractual documentation Responsible for the preparation and formation of reports in accordance with the legislation of the company's presence countries (regulators, REMIT, Customs Service, etc.)
- Execution of contractual/primary documentation in accordance with the contractual terms
- Control of accounts receivable/ payable
Requirements:
- Completed higher education
- English - Upper-intermediate;
- Polish - Intermediate or higher;
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
- Experience in supporting commercial contracts, international transportation, export-import operations with marketable products
- Knowledge of foreign trade activities
- Knowledge of Incoterms trade terms
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Ability to work in a team, handle large amounts of data, stress resistance, and strong communication skills
