Logistic\Supply chain manager (Amazon)

Our company is an international e-commerce company with 9 years on the market. We sell five different brands in the Health and Personal Care, Beauty, and Automotive niches across the USA and EU.

Now, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to join our team and ensure smooth operations within our logistics and supply chain processes.

What we expect from our candidate:

• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level (position involves written and spoken communication)
• At least 1 year of background in logistics, supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce or Amazon logistics is required.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Readiness to work with a time tracker.

What will you do?

• Create and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle communication with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies.
• Place purchase orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor and control reconciliation processes.
• Source and identify new vendors to expand supply chain options.
• Optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
