Project overview:
We are looking for an experienced candidate who will join a development team as a Delphi programmer at Getinge project. You will be working with T-DOC, sterile supply management solution. Today T-DOC is used in more than 1000 hospitals globally and supports sterile services and operating departments in managing their workflows, goods, and instruments

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by being a contributing factor in our T-DOC development team, through collaborative designing and implementing software solutions.

You will join to self-organized team of 8 experienced Delphi developers which are working together with 4 testers using Scrum approaches. Communication and collaboration with other teams of the product is based on Spotify model of team organization and NEXUS Scrum framework.
You will spend 80% of the time to implement new feature and 20% will be bug fixing and maintenance tasks.
Our product has approved technical roadmap to migrate from Delphi to .Net + Blazor what has been already started.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in commercial software development in any OOP language (Preferred in Delphi)
Good understanding of OOP, SOLID and Clear Code concepts
Microsoft SQL Server and good knowledge about T-SQL and building database applications.
Knowledge of development methods, best practices, conventions, algorithms and design patterns.
Debugging skills
Knowledge about designing/creating table structures in an RDBMS
Knowledge of DevExpress components is a plus
Experience with communication over TCP/IP
Understanding of XML, XSLT and related technologies
Preferably a university-level degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant degrees highly desired
Understanding of Agile Scrum.
