We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Content Specialist to lead creation and execution of high-quality video content for our app and social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production cycle, from concept development to post-production, ensuring that all content aligns with WOWBODY’s brand vision and engages our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive video content strategy for WOWBODY’s app and social media channels.
Conceptualize and oversee the production of engaging and high-quality video content, including fitness tutorials, workout challenges, lifestyle vlogs, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with overall business goals.
Manage external subcontractors to execute production at the highest standard.
Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.
Ensure all content is optimized for multiple platforms (app, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), maintaining brand consistency and engagement.
Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external production teams and freelancers as needed.
Stay updated with the latest video trends, social media best practices, and fitness content innovations to continuously elevate WOWBODY’s video strategy.
Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in video content creation, production, and management, preferably in fitness, health, or lifestyle industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production across various digital platforms.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
Hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and production tools.
Knowledge of social media trends and video optimization techniques.
Strong storytelling and creative direction abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, and fitness experts is a plus.
