Business Development Manager (Junior)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Junior).
Requirements:?
- Experience in prospecting, building, and managing sales pipeline;
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills
and objection-handling skills; - Ability to multitask to set priorities and meet business targets;
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent presentation skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to understand customers’ business requirements and find solutions to their pain points;
- Well-accustomed to a client-facing role, understanding industry sensitivities and the market environment?;
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) or similar?;?
- Energetic and passionate about cryptocurrencies, trading, and blockchain technology;
- Experience with affiliate programs or digital marketing;
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher, ?another European language, is a plus.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working with SaaS tools?;
- Previous experience within the crypto or fintech verticals in the B2B sales/business development capacity
; - Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
Responsibilities:
- Search and attraction of new affiliates?;?
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners?;?
- Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and creating reports;
- Monitoring market trends and the competitive environment;
- Working with referral programs, including optimization;
- Preparing improvement proposals based on collected dat.
