We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Lead to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
UI/UX Designer Lead responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
Requirements:
- Three years or more of UI Design experience with Figma or InVision platforms.
- Experience creating Information Arc
- Experience in tracking of the latest trends in the web and mobile development.
- Ability to balance between creativity and practicality.
- Ability to think logically, to justify and present your work architecture for interactive business applications and dashboards.
- Basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- A portfolio is a must.
General requirements:
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
- Discuss and document design specifications and concepts.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Modification of previously developed prototypes.
