Middle SEO Specialist (US market)

Job Description:  We are seeking a Mid to Senior-Level SEO specialist with at least 2 years of experience to promote our own websites. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies aimed at increasing the organic traffic of our websites, improving local ranking and visibility, and enhancing user engagement.

Your expertise will directly contribute to boosting the customer acquisition of our businesses based in the United States. 

Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Research: 

• Research and implement innovative ideas to increase organic traffic and engagement performance.  
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

On-Page Optimization:

• Optimize website content, metadata, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Content Creation:

• Create well-researched, SEO-optimized content with the help of AI tools, focusing on topics with strong ranking potential to drive increased traffic and engagement.

Link Building:

• Work on increasing the external backlink profile of our websites to improve their organic search rankings. 

Technical SEO: 

• Conduct thorough website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal site performance, crawlability, and indexability.

Performance Monitoring: 

• Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategy improvement.

Learning and Growth:

• Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative.

Qualifications:

• English at the Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of work experience in SEO optimization.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Schema.org-based structured data, and other web technologies that impact SEO.
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, etc.) and AI prompt crafting.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of multi-location search strategies is a plus (optional).
• Experience in the Home Services niche is a plus (optional).
• Knowledge of content clustering and internal linking strategies (optional).
