Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer;
English – Pre-intermediate;
Higher technical education or incomplete higher technical education (4th-year students and above);
Operation systems and administration skills: Windows 11/MacOS;
Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN;
Understanding of MDM solutions for device management (e.g., Zoho Endpoint Central, or similar);
Active Directory (AD) experience for user and device management;
Knowledge of corporate antivirus solutions and endpoint security tools;
Experience with corporate VPN setup and troubleshooting;
Skills in using PowerShell for system management and task automation;
Hardware: PC/Laptops/Printers;
Basic knowledge in GSuite, Office 365;
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
Mandatory office visit once a week.

Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of OS (Windows, MacOS);
Installation and configuration of additional software;
Maintenance of workstations and office equipment;
Monitor and respond to support requests and alerts;
Consulting of users in relation to technical questions;
Support and management of MDM solutions for device configuration and monitoring;
Administration of Active Directory (AD) for user account management and group policies;
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with corporate antivirus policies;
Administration and troubleshooting of corporate VPN solutions for secure remote access;
Using PowerShell for task automation, system management, and troubleshooting.
Working conditions:
- 5-day work-week
