Location: Kyiv, with the flexibility to combine remote work and in-person client meetings.
What You Will Do:
- Support clients and organize work on projects in the following areas:
- Corporate law (EU, UK, USA).
- Contract law (law of England and Wales, legislation of individual US states).
- Tax planning and business structuring. • Intellectual property protection (mainly EU, UK, USA).
- Personal data protection (mainly EU, UK, USA).
- Legal support for startups and Web3 projects.
- Participate in negotiations and handle the review and approval of contract terms with clients and contractors.
- Coordinate the work of junior lawyers and paralegals, mentor interns, and support their professional growth.
- Optionally, take part in internal company projects in areas such as sales, PR and marketing.
What We Expect From You:
- At least 2 years of experience in international or IT law.
- Strong understanding of contract law, experience in negotiations, and contract term alignment.
- Experience in our field (IT, FinTech, Blockchain) or related areas is highly desirable. Additionally welcomed:
• Experience working with evidence in litigation (e.g., as a lawyer’s assistant).
• Skills in selling services or related experience.
- Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level (fluent communication and document drafting).
- Ability to independently manage projects and effectively organize teamwork.
- Interest in IT law, modern trends, and technologies, with an understanding of how IT companies operate.
