Bionorica, one of the leading manufacturers of herbal remedies in the world, announces a competition for the position of Head of Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with global company's overall goals, product portfolio, and target markets.
- Defining product positioning strategies and managing the company's brand identity across various channels.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, conferences, and events.
- Ensuring all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies and commercialization efforts.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups to support product education.
- Providing sales teams with the necessary marketing collateral, tools, and support to effectively communicate product value propositions and drive sales growth.
- Providing training and development opportunities for marketing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Communicating marketing strategies, initiatives, and performance results to senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners as needed.
Requirements:
- Higher Education (Economics, Medicine, or Pharmaceutics).
- Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing/ healthcare market with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies within the industry.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and feedback clearly and effectively to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changes in the industry, market conditions, and organizational priorities, while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
