Head of Marketing
QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.
Currently, we are searching for an experienced Head of Marketing for our partner. Our partner is a Recruitment Agency. Their company helps people to find a job in the European Union. You will be involved in creating a marketing strategy to attract employers and job seekers to the portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives;
- Build, lead, and mentor a skilled marketing team;
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content marketing, etc.);
- Monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary;
- Development and implementation of effective marketing activities to attract employers and increase the number of vacancies and applicants;
- Creation and promotion of special packages for employers (VIP, business, etc.);
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to adapt and refine the strategy as needed;
- Define target audiences, market segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of active employers, resumes, visitors, and portal revenue;
- Collaborating with the IT team and sales department to integrate marketing tools and improve the user experience on the portal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing leadership roles;
- Experience with KPI’s and bonus systems;
- Proven results in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth; Strong emotional intelligence;
- Good analytical skills and the ability to make critical choices;
- Autonomy and inner necessity to perform very well.
