We are Group107, and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our product Accessible Docs — a service that helps make digital documents accessible to everyone. If you are passionate about customer support, eager to grow into a leadership role, and want to be part of a project with a social mission, we would love to have you on our team! Potentially taking on a leadership role within the support team in a few months.
Requirements
Saturdays are work days
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support;
- English Upper-intermediate+ (B2+);
- Experience handling financial matters (payments, invoicing, refunds, etc.);
- Responsibility, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to grow and take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels;
- Assisting users with technical and financial issues related to the service;
- Analyzing recurring inquiries and suggesting improvements in support processes;
- Collaborating with other teams (technical support, finance, product team);
- Working on Saturdays (schedule to be agreed upon)
