Sales Manager
Wave Cleaning Inc is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning services in Charlotte, NC. We’re looking for a talented Sales Manager to drive growth in both B2C and B2B markets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales or sales management role, preferably with experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with PipeDrive is a plus) and various digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Conversational and written English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
- Salary: $750 base salary + 15% commission per sale. The more you sell, the more you earn!
- Schedule: 5 days a week, with schedule from 10 am till 7 pm NY time zone (weekends — by arrangement).
- Remote work format.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both B2C and B2B segments.
- Communication and negotiation with potential clients (warm leads/cold outreach) through various channels.
3. Oversee the entire sales process—from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring successful after-sales follow-up.
4. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and set future targets.
5. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
