Job Description
A global IT company is seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing department with various operational tasks.
Enroll in an exciting professional internship program and gain a unique opportunity to work with an international team. You'll receive industry training and daily English practice in a vibrant, collaborative environment. This entry-level, part-time, paid internship involves working on real-time projects as part of an agile marketing team.
Apply if you are a student or junior professional with a level of English upper-intermediate or higher and working knowledge of Excel, wishing to contribute to running business projects alongside accomplished professionals. You will be trusted with specific tasks and helped along the way to make sure you complete them successfully.

Candidates will be asked to complete test assignment which will help to understand their skill set and the fit for the internship program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sending out marketing email campaigns, including support in preparing contact list and practicing campaign creation in email campaign tool.
- Support payment management for Marketing department (create payment requests in internal payment tracking system, maintaining marketing payment calendar, storing invoices in designated folders).
- Assist in processing requests from other departments (coordinate task assignment to marketing colleagues, facilitate communication between requestors and responsible team members).
- Assist with coordination of the NPS process on all stages (collecting and processing data, preparation of the report).
- Assist with marketing reporting.
- Support marketing lead management in CRM.
Qualifications
- English – upper-intermediate or higher.
- Responsible approach to tasks and willingness to learn fast.
- A positive and resilient mindset and high-stress tolerance.
- Strong team player, able to think out the boundaries of a separate task.
- Good communication skills, and critical thinking.
