ALPS SOUTH LLC, a leading international company in the field of production of prosthetic liners and components. We are currently seeking for ALPS SOUTH UKRAINE, our Ukrainian office a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Kyiv.


The Sales Manager is in charge of managing all current or potential customers in assigned areas, and of communicating with them by phone and email. He/she is in charge of handling all sales activities in order to achieve sales goals in territories. He/she monitors sales activities, measures sales performance and reports about results. He/she performs visits in Ukraine and abroad and attends scheduled local and international tradeshows.

Tasks:

  • Represent our brand professionally and ensure leads a positive customer experience, contributing to building BrandAwareness
  • Identify lead opportunities
  • Reach or surpass agreed sales targets
  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and nurture the relationship with them

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with the assigned prospect/clients and new leads generation
  • Identification of current or potential customers for company products. / Develop business opportunities and exploitmarket potential
  • Daily contact with customers (phone calls, e-mails, webinars) and regular personal meetings.
  • Participation at planned tradeshows abroad
  • Development of sales strategies
  • Implementation of all promotional programs
  • Management customers’ inquiries
  • Report and monitor results
  • Collect market feedback

Skills and knowledge:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Passion for building customer relations and sales
  • High level of initiative and energy
  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2: Upper-Intermediate and higher).
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
  • Driving license (B)
