Junior Copywriter (remote)
About the role
The Junior Copywriter at Yola will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to create compelling and effective product marketing content for various platforms, including the help center, roadmap, changelog, blog, website, and materials for white-label channel partners. The Junior Copywriter will be responsible for producing high-quality, clear, and engaging content that aligns with Yola’s brand voice and resonates with our diverse audience.

Responsibilities
- Create and improve product and marketing-related content for different channels (help center, roadmap, changelog, blog, website, etc.)
- Help streamline content creation processes, ensuring content is timely and meets the company’s needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
Your skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tailor content for different audiences and formats.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with marketing and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing strong writing skills and content creation experience.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of technical concepts, hands-on experience with new technologies, and the ability to independently learn and adapt to emerging tools and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, produce content quickly, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
- A proactive approach with the ability to understand the goal and drive progress toward it without needing detailed instructions.
- Experience with graphical images and videos (creation and editing) is a plus.
