Recruiter, Talent Acquisition (remote)
We are seeking a colleague and partner with experience in recruitment and the iGaming industry.
First and foremost, we are seeking an expert in their field who is experienced enough to work autonomously and passionate enough about their profession to have a strong drive.
If you know how to distinguish an excellent candidate from a good one and can create and maintain their interest throughout all stages of the recruitment process, we will make sure to monetize your professionalism!

You are:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming is a must)
- Experienced in hiring specialists within the gambling niche, including roles such as SMM managers, Affiliate specialists, Media Buyers, CRM managers, and others
- Equipped with a well-established network of contacts on LinkedIn and proficient in sourcing candidates through Telegram
- Skilled in actively searching for candidates using creative and innovative approaches - a mandatory requirement
- English level - Intermediate and higher
- You have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for all types of vacancies in the iGaming industry
- You are proficient with various tools for automating sourcing and recruiting processes and know how to gather lists of the necessary candidates
- You know how to skillfully guide a candidate to the point of signing an offer
Important! Traditional job boards such as Djinni and similar platforms will not yield results, as we have already thoroughly utilized them. Your success in this role will rely heavily on your advanced sourcing skills and ability to tap into new talent pools.
