KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Drive business development strategy through developing and leveraging constructive customer and supplier relationships and achieving revenue goals, having a target area of Special Projects plan end execution.
- Ability to implement and develop Special Projects Strategies for the company
- Organize a high quality, prompt and reliable operational solutions for the given tasks, using an own capabilities and existing Products/Services of DHL.
- Continuously conduct research on prioritized area to proactively identify new business opportunities; conduct opportunity assessment and develop a structured plan on how to win those opportunities
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with customers to present solution proposals and business fit to decision makers
- Active search and implication of new customers to company’s portfolio
- Commercial offers issue and contracts signing with a new customers
- Effective support and consulting of the existing customers and portfolio growth
- Performance of individual indicators; keeping monthly reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education
- Strong Logistics background (minimum 3 years of professional career) – operations + management
- Exceptional knowledge of freight forwarding business, its characteristics, customers, and competitors will be highly beneficial
- Key understanding of Project Management, including preparation of commercial offers for a non-standard goods, customer onboarding, respective subcontractors partnership.
- Ability, desire and strong skills to lead, manage and develop a Special Projects vector and related P&L results
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong ability of “helicopter view”, not loosing a small specific details of the puzzle
- Minute attention to detail and ability to prioritize and to focus on multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication skills
