Candor Global Services is looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead to join the US based Certitrec Group team.

Desired candidates possess:
- Excellent oral communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work in US time zones Monday-Friday
- Online project management and/or account management
- A developer who is passionate about coding, has experience across platforms and technologies.
- Able to operate with very little direction and able to complete tasks in given timelines.
- Should be comfortable to communicate, involve actively in planning and implementation.
- Presenting and executing unique ideas for product improvement.
Skills and Competencies:
- 7+ Years of experience (with 3+ years in Node JS)
- 1+ year of proven experience in a Team Lead role
- Regular BE/BS/B.Tech/MCA Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Node JS
- Proficiency in Javascript, React.js, Typescript, Next.JS, Apollo, GraphQL, ReactQuery, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Node JS programming based on OOPS approach and MVC patterns
- Knowledge of Node JS framework. (Express)
- Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
- Understanding of AJAX concepts, JavaScript and standard JS libraries (like jQuery).
- Basic understanding of Web Design — HTML & CSS
- Understanding of Cross Browser compatibility and standard compliances.
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
- Understanding of Secure Coding Practices.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Apache, Linux and AWS.
- Knowledge of CMS. (WordPress).
- Knowledge of SCSS / Tailwind / Bootstrap
