Key requirements:
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, at least 3 years of management experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Power BI will be an advantage)
- Analytical type of thinking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interpret, analyze and provide written assessment of the effectiveness of information obtained from all financial statements
- Spoken English, upper Intermediate and higher
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the rental income forecasting and budgeting cycle for multiple properties
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and report on rental income and lease performance
- Maximize the accuracy and efficiency of revenue allocation and reporting
- Effectively explain trends and deviations from expected results
- Create and distribute regular and consistent lease performance reporting packages to various end users
- Manage a team
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in defining new processes and/or addressing process inefficiencies
