GOD UX Designer

We are seeking an  experienced god professional to drive innovation and excellence in the realm of  UX/UI design . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for cutting-edge design, this role is tailor-made for you.

This role focuses on designing  a new enterprise platform  with innovative product features, building and maintaining a comprehensive component library, and documenting guidelines (do's and don'ts), state descriptions, and more.

Requirements:

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in defining, solving, and delivering innovative solutions that shape the product's direction, visual identity, and user experience.

• 4 years+ of relevant experience in a role that blends both UX and UI.
• Portfolio showing real products, complex problems, and solved solutions for desktop and mobile web interfaces
• Wireframing / Prototyping tools knowledge: Figma , Miro (optional) + the ability to think big, go beyond just wireframes, and consider the whole experience
• Experience in design systems development and maintenance 
• Ability to analyze and structure requirements, suggest enhancements, and provide solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of design challenges and solutions
• Skillfully combining user needs with business goals through Design Thinking . 
• Ability to organize and manage design processes .
• Understanding how to achieve design consistency in the projects;
• Experience working in a startup would be an advantage
• Understanding of html, CSS, JavaScript would be an advantage

Working with Jira/Confluence will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Design & Dev Teams on desktop/mobile interfaces to craft innovative solutions.
• Take charge of designing intuitive user experiences across mobile applications, web pages, dashboards, and beyond.
• Develop comprehensive UX components and UI kits/Design systems that elevate our products to new heights of usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist in implementing a branding strategy, and improve/enhance collateral within brand guidelines;
• Researching and Analyzing possible UX issues with further suggestions/solutions for improvement.
• Building and developing hypotheses, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay abreast of the latest design tools, trends, and best practices, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of innovation.
