About us:

For now, we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who will become part of our team.

We will offer:

  1. Salary: 2 500 EUR + % + bonus. It will depend on your experience;
  2. Comfortable office in Warsaw;
  3. 5-day working week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m;

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:

  • Experience on a similar position more than 2 years in consumer electronics, FMCG (retail/e-tail segment);
  • Market expertise (knowledge and understanding of consumer electronics market specifics, market structure, channel specifics, sales trends, principles of category management, sell-in, sell-out management tools, principles of merchandising);
  • Developed networking with key decision makers in CE market;
  • Knowledge of Polish is mandatory;
  • English and Polish from upper-intermediate level.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Participates in development and implements company GTM strategy for the responsible territory;
  2. Develops and implements channel strategy based on company targets: identifies key sales drivers by channel, partner;
  3. Participates in development of commercial conditions;
  4. Identifies key actions to achieve company targets in Revenue and Profit;
  5. Develops and launches short and long term plan of sell out activities with key partners;
  6. Participates in development and implementation of marketing communications;
  7. Activates new partners;
  8. Manages channel inventory in line with company targets;
  9. Develops efficient relationship with key partners;
  10. Provides regular reporting on business, market development.
