• Analyze and evaluate current processes, work out problematic points, search and prepare proposals for their solution / optimization                   
• Responsible for timely updating and creating procedures and standards, ensure proactive processes upgrades and new technology implementations 
• Participate in teaching programs and methods development, incentive programs and personnel assessment systems                              
• Act as an advisor in terms of operational activity and actively look for opportunities to automate routine processes, develop requirements for optimizing business processes            
• Identify risks and develop action plan to minimize losses    
• Adjust current and new processes to customer's needs 
• Lead operational projects within the company and support sustainable growth of operational excellence in the Stores 
• Has strong analytical and presentation skills 
• Confident intermediate English speaker
